Terms of Service

By using DataFlow Convert (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts are for individual use; do not share them. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware.
• Interfere with the Service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to billing periods that have already started.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. By starting to use the Service (e.g. performing a conversion) within that period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive that right, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. File contents are not retained beyond the duration of the conversion. You retain all rights to files you upload; you grant us a temporary licence to process them solely to perform the conversion you requested.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where practicable.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Consumer rights under the law of the country where you reside are not affected. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of [VENUE], subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
